Hello friends, today we are going to talk about Meditation. One single word meditation can tell many things. When we here meditation many question strike in our mind. What is meditation? Why meditation? What are the benefits of meditation? How to meditate? This all questions are comes in our mind. Today I am going to answer these questions. 😉

In Indian history there are many monks who master in the meditation but the main source or beginning point of meditation is from Lord Shiva. He suggests us to find our reality And give the direction to find our self-using meditation.


Recently I read one book name “Monk who sold his Ferrari” by Robin Sharma. In that book author give the explanation of the meditation. So I personally recommend reading this book. Now what is meditation? Meditation can change your life and offer peace of mind and happiness. It helps you to achieve what you are and relaxation in your life. In that book author talk about Monks of nirvana who are tenacious to follow their daily process of meditation. They woke up in early and start the ritual for meditation. They sit on one hard stone and close their eyes and concentrate on their breathing. They suggest that happiness is not come from outside it comes from the inside out. They always give the best solution for each and everything problem without any hesitation. All monks of the nirvana are very calm, peaceful and eagerness to give the proper direction of the life. Nirvana monks always say that meditation is nothing but self-awareness and help you for change your life. 😉

The Universe favors the brave. When you resolve to lift your life To its highest level, the strength of your soul will guide you to a Magical place with magnificent treasures.

There are many technique for the meditation from that some techniques are very popular. From that one is called Transcendental meditation. In this technique we have to sit tight on the floor for some time in two times in a day. It is effect on stress and maintains your blood pressure. Using this technique we can calm our self. 😉

And one another technique is called Vipassana. This technique is comes from the Buddhist. Buddhist always uses this technique for the meditation. They sit on one place and close their eyes and concentrate on one thought. Buddhist is the creator of the most of technique of the meditation. They say that in our body there are seven chakra. We have to only open that chakra and use the power of that chakra. These chakras are open only using meditation. Buddhist is meditated for many years. They know what the effect of the meditation is and how to achieve the inner strength. They say that we have two mind one is conscious and one is unconscious. When we are in meditation we are in our unconscious mind. 🙂


When we meditate we expand, spreading our wings like a bird, trying to enter consciously into Infinity, Eternity and Immortality, welcoming them into our aspiring consciousness. We see, feel and grow into the entire universe of Light-Delight.

Recently one survey is taken between meditator and non-meditator. This research say that meditators brain has higher level of gyrification means increase in the gray matter in the brain so their thought process is become faster. Form this study neuroscientist’s compare meditator brain with non-meditator brain and this comparison led them to certain benefits such as immune system, heart rate, and emotional responses.

In today’s world all people searching for peace. They have no idea about meditation they just need someone to guide them to give the right direction. Using meditation we can start our day with happiness.

Mostly meditation is used to improve our concentration and our self-confidence. If you woke-up early in the morning and do meditations then you surely know the effect of the meditation on your life you can feel the great joy in your day. After some day of meditation you can feel that there is some difference in your attitude and your positivity in increase. You will know that you decision making power is also increase.

Now at last I suggest that just sit quietly and close your eyes and concentrate on one object. You have to sit ten minutes daily and you can feel better. Once you start meditation you can feel strength inside out. We go to gym for health and train our body to get healthy and fit. But for mentally training we have to spend some time in meditation.
